Have You Flexed Your ‘NO’ Muscles Today?

Some people aren’t willing to take no for an answer. So unless you are prepared to continue dealing with their excessive requests…do not give in anymore. Stand up and repeat your refusal, and do not give reasons or excuses either because it’s harder to argue with a simple ‘no.’

Dealing With Someone’s Persistent Requests

When we become honest with ourselves as well as those we relate to, it creates a high level of respect. When people respect us they are less likely to take advantage of us. People who are excessively demanding will eventually get the message, or you just might have to restrict the relationship. Either way, today is a good day to stand up for yourself…
